Finding an Item

There are three ways you can find an item online at Feel Good Store:

Use the Go Shopping button.. This button is part of the left navigation bar on every page of the site.

Use the search function, which is part of the top navigation bar, and appears on every page of the site. You can use the search function in three different ways:

  1. to order from catalog enter the number of an item you have found in any of our catalogs. Even if you cannot locate the item online, if it was in our catalog and you have the item number, we will locate it for you.
  2. item search, with the help of a few keywords, you can locate exactly what you are looking for. Remember, the more specific your search, the fewer items will be found.
  3. You can also use the Shop from a catalog feature, located on the top and side navigation bars.

Finding the Right Size

Women's Measuring Instructions:

Bust       With your arms relaxed, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist     Measure around your natural waistline or where you wear your pants.
Hips       Measure around the fullest part of your body (usually the top of your legs).

Returning Items

  3. By mail: If you have a catalog you can mail your order form to us. If you would prefer not to provide your credit card information online, you can print the order form that appears on the screen and add your payment information before mailing.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping Options

Standard -
Standard shipments are delivered via USPS within the continental United States only, and in-stock items should arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the date of order.

Cost -
The cost depends on the total amount of the order:

  $25.01 - $50     $8.95
  $50.01 - $75     $10.95
  $75.01 - $100     $12.95
  $100.01 - $150     $13.95
  $150.01 - $250     $15.95

*Express Delivery Service
If you want your merchandise sooner, select Express or Express Plus delivery service. For an additional $7.95, choose Express for guaranteed delivery within 3-4 business days after leaving our facility on in-stock items. For an additional $16.95, choose Express Plus for guaranteed delivery within 2 business days on in-stock items. These costs are in addition to our standard shipping and handling rates listed above. Delivery is available to the continental United States only.

Shipping to a Different Address
You can choose to send a package to:

  1. "My billing" - the same address as the billing address on your credit card.
  2. "My shipping" - any other address.

Delivery Time -
To estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:
Credit card approval and address verification must be received prior to processing.
Standard and Express deliveries are made only Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded).

U.S. Territories -
Feel Good Store ships to the following U.S. territories: American Samoa , Guam , Mariana Islands , Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. Shipping to U.S. territories is via standard shipping only; express delivery is not available.

International
We are currently unable to accept or ship orders outside the U.S. or the territories listed above.

Pricing Policy
Our online merchandise prices are typically the same as those in our most recent catalog. When ordering from a catalog, please enter your customer information (your customer number and the media code associated with that catalog) so that the pricing from that catalog will apply to your order. Your customer information can be found on the back of your catalog in the blue box next to your name and address. If you have questions, call us toll free at 1-877-268-9594.

Order Limit Policy & Group Sales
Feel Good Store does not authorize the purchase of Feel Good Store merchandise for resale. Accordingly, Feel Good Store limits online purchases of merchandise to prevent bulk purchases and the unauthorized resale of Feel Good Store products. However, if you are interested in buying a large number of items for non-resale purposes for a company, school, or other organization, please call us toll free at 1-877-268-9594 and we will be happy to assist you.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only collected when shipping to Ohio or New Jersey, at an appropriate tax rate according to the Ohio or New Jersey shipping address zip code.

Feel Good Store accepts the following major credit cards:

Note: If you use American Express, your billing and shipping information must be the same.

We are unable to accept cash, paypal, credit vouchers, C.O.D., or gift certificates. We can accept a check through the mail for merchandise ordered online. Orders with a check payment over $125 will not be eligible for express shipping. It is Feel Good Store's policy to hold checks over $125 until the check has cleared. Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 14 days. If you have any questions, please call us~ toll free at 1-877-268-9594.

Using Your Credit Card
First, enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card. Then fill out your credit card billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. To change this information, simply highlight the area you want to change and type in the new information. It is important that you include your phone number in case we need to contact you about your order.

The credit card that you specify for your purchase will be charged when the order is shipped.

Confirming your Order
If you have provided a valid e-mail address when you order, you will receive an e-mail that confirms that we received and are processing your order.

Out-of-Stock Items
While we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we may be out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you want, you will be notified of this immediately after selecting your item. If you decide to order the product anyway, your credit card will not be billed for this item until the actual item is shipped to you.

Estimating Delivery Time
When trying to estimate when a package will be delivered you should consider the following:

  • Credit card approval and address verification must be received prior to processing.
  • Express delivery orders received after 12 Noon EST will not be processed until the following day. Deliveries are made only on business days, Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). There are certain holidays when carriers do not pick up or deliver.

Returns or Exchanges

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the time you receive it, in its original and unused condition, via Parcel Post or UPS.
  • To ensure a prompt, accurate refund or exchange, please fill out the return/exchange form completely.

Returning Items by Mail
  1. Please note the reason for the return on the return/exchange form.
  2. Indicate whether you prefer a charge credit (to the card originally used), or an exchange of merchandise.
  3. If you prefer an exchange, let us know what merchandise you would like by completing the information on the reverse side of the return form. We will pay the shipping costs for the order sent in exchange if it is of equal value. If there are additional charges your credit card will be billed.
  4. If the address is different from the original address, please make the changes on your current address listing.
  5. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package) and include the return form. Packages must be returned prepaid - we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

You also have the option of using our E-Z Exchange & Return label. All you need to do is complete and enclose the return copy of your packing slip. Place the merchandise to be exchanged or returned back in the original packaging. Complete all the necessary information on the prepaid return form that was included in your package. Don't forget to include name, address and order number. Place the self-adhesive label over the original shipping label on the package. DO NOT TAPE label to box or return packaging. The package can be picked up by your mail carrier, or you may personally drop it off at your nearest United States Post Office. Feel Good Store.com will deduct the shipping amount from your refund amount when you use the E-Z Exchange & Return label.

Can I place an order without registering?

What if I forget my password?

Since we know that this happens sometimes, we have added a reminder question so that you can be reminded of your password. You created the question when you registered. So click on "forgot your password?" and your question will pop up, answer it correctly and you will be given your password. If you still don't remember your password, click on "Get Password" and your password will appear. You will need to re-enter your credit card information as we have removed it from our system for your protection.
